The Bella Twins recently spoke with Wetpaint Entertainment to promote the return of WWE Total Divas. Nikki Bella commented on Naomi leaving the show and the grueling schedule:
“It was sad when Trin left — it sucked because I love her and [husband Jonathan Fatu]. But I think she was just more focused on being a wife on her off days and getting her home life together. Being a Diva is not easy. We are on the road 300 days a year. We don’t get a lot of family or personal time. With Total Divas on top of that, on our days off, we have the cameras following us, and that’s not for everyone. Some people hit the point where they just want free time on their off days and I respect that fully. We’ll miss her and hopefully she’ll be back.”
Brie commented on Paige and Alicia Fox joining the cast:
“I’m really excited that Paige and Alicia Fox joined the cast. I know sometimes its hard for the audience when we’re adding people and watching people leave. But I think that Paige is going to bring a lot because she’s young and she’s got a great wrestling background. Alicia Fox is considered a vet. It will be something new.”
The Bella Twins, Nikki Bella and Brie Bella, talk with CDL about what makes them tick and how they bring the heat on the popular E! series Total Divas. With the show returning on Sunday, January 4th, fans are anxious to find out what’s in store for all their favorite divas. Many questions were left unanswered at the end of the last episode, and fans are excited to get caught up with The Bella Twins, who lead the dramatic lifestyles of two beautiful WWE Divas.
It’s not easy to track these busy ladies down, but we were able to steal some time with them and ask the questions CDLers want to know! The gorgeous twins, who are undoubtedly fan favorites, have carved out quite a career for themselves in an industry that seems made for them. While it seems these two were born Total Divas, we wondered how Nikki and Brie came about their career choice.
Fans can meet WWE Divas The Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie, next week at the Wizard World New Orleans Comic Con in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, La.
The Bellas will be on hand from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and tickets are required for admission, as well as photo and autograph opportunities. For more information, visit the Wizard World website for complete ticket and schedule details.
